Abstract
A determination of sulfonamide in infant formula was established using enzymatic hydrolysis of starch and casein precipitation with zinc acetate and potassium ferrocyanide.The supernatant of the precipitation was centrifugated,and purified by QuEChERS.A total of 11 kinds of sulfonamides were identified using high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC).The sulfonamide standard curve had a good linear range from 1.00 to 100 μg/L,and sulfonamide content was quantified by the external standard method.The recovery rate of sulfonamide was 80.7%〜87.2%and the relative deviation was between 0.32%and 3.94%.The relative deviation of precision and repeatability were 0.009%〜4.73%,and 1.77%〜4.96%,respectively.The detection limit,quantification limit,recovery rate and precision of the method all compliant with applicable standards,and the method was considered suitable for routine monitoring of sulfonamide in infant formula.关键词
