摘要
Abstract
As an advanced manufacturing process,3D bioprinting technology enables the in vitro construction of three-dimensional tissues and organs with physiological functions by programmatically integrating biomaterials,living cells,and bioactive factors.It has demonstrated significant potential in personalized regenerative therapy,pathological model reconstruction,and drug screening.However,the technology still faces numerous challenges,including long-term compatibility between bioinks and hosts,cell survival rates during printing,printing precision,and scalable production.This paper systematically reviewed the latest advancements,application scenarios,key limitations,and future development directions of 3D bioprinting technology,aiming to provide insights for subsequent research.关键词
