欧美国家职前教师道德判断能力及其培养的研究进展与反思
Research Progress and Reflection on Pre-service Teachers' Moral Judgment Ability and Its Cultivation in European and American Countries

Abstract
Moral judgment ability,as a rational practical ability,plays an important role in teachers' understanding of complex teaching situations and resolving various moral conflicts.Therefore,it has become the key content of pre-service teachers' professional ethics training.In recent years,European and American countries have paid particular attention to the moral judg-ment ability of pre-service teachers and its cultivation,and significant progress has been made.The existing researches revealed the real characteristics of pre-service teachers' moral judgment,which mainly include that the development stage was mainly at the customary level,the develop-ment of moral judgment showed a technical tendency of"giving priority to moral norms",and the content of moral judgment was mainly influenced by the public and private domains of moral is-sues.On this basis,the key factors affecting the development of moral judgment ability of pre-service teachers were summarized,namely,the setting of logical thinking curriculum,the provision of opportunities for role assumption,and the presentation of moral cognitive conflict experience,and explored the effective paths for the cultivation of moral judgment ability of pre-service teach-ers on the basis of the content dimensions of conceptual cognition,reasoning logic,situational in-terpretation,and situational reflection.关键词
