The Realistic Picture,Dilemma Analysis and Relief Path of Kindergarten Curriculum Story Practice

Abstract
Curriculum stories are rooted in curriculum reality,oriented to curriculum facts and focused on curriculum practice.Curriculum storytelling practice can not only enhance teach-ers' professionalism,and promote young children's learning and development,but also promote the generation and improvement of curriculum.Based on the observation of the process of curricu-lum storytelling practice,the study analyzed the interview data of 19 teachers and administrators using the grounded theory and constructed a theoretical model of kindergarten curriculum storytel-ling practice.The study found that cognitive understanding is the starting point of curriculum sto-rytelling practice,and that the path of curriculum storytelling from"nothing to something"is"curriculum preparation-curriculum implementation-story writing".At present,in kindergarten curriculum storytelling practice,the process management of the kindergarten has not yet played a guiding role,and the professional quality of teachers has not yet been adapted to the development requirements.To promote the development of kindergarten curriculum storytelling practice,it is necessary to optimize the process management of kindergartens and deepen the professionalism of teachers.关键词
