摘要

Abstract

High-temperature multilayer ceramic capacitors(HT-MLCCs)are enabled by key technologies such as high-temperature-stable dielectric materials,advanced metal electrode pastes,and reliability-driven structural design.A comparative analysis of global products and advanced research reveals that China still faces significant challenges in the HT-MLCCs field.These include the relatively limited operating temperature range,the incomplete product series for specialized applications,and gaps in the maturity of raw materials,the independence of process equipment,product iteration cycles,and the accumulation of reliability data.Driven by the growing demands from aerospace electronics,new energy vehicles,and deep-well exploration,the future development trends are focused on advancing ultra-high-temperature dielectrics and optimizing base metal electrode(BME)technologies.Further progress is also anticipated in high-frequency performance,miniaturization,high-density integration,and functional modularization.
