摘要

Abstract

In order to align with the development concept of green renewable energy,self-powered ambient energy harvesting systems have gradually emerged as an efficient alternative to traditional batteries,overcoming limitations such as weight,size,and cycle life.This paper designed a fast maximum power point tracking(MPPT)circuit architecture based on the time-varying characteristics of piezoelectric sources,and analyzed the impedance characteristics of piezoelectric sources and employed an MPPT algorithm based on open-circuit-voltage sampling via fast switched-capacitor sampling,effectively achieving co-optimization of tracking accuracy and dynamic response speed.Finally,the circuit was designed using a 0.18 μm BCD process.Simulation results show that the MPPT tracking time is 0.36 ms,with a maximum tracking accuracy of up to 99.4%.
