基于状态控制的冷冻鱼块双向定量切割技术研究
Research on bidirectional quantitative cutting technology for frozen fish blocks based on state control

Abstract
To meet the requirements for cutting precision and efficiency in the deep processing of frozen fish blocks,a control system for an automatic cutting machine based on an X-Y Cartesian coordinate system was designed,and a bidirectional quantitative cutting method based on process state switching was proposed.The system uses a PLC as the core,integrating a human-machine interface(HMI),a dual servo system,multiple sensor groups,solenoid valve-cylinder actuators,and a variable frequency speed control device to construct a modular and reconfigurable control architecture.Through state chart control,high-precision reciprocating motion of the cutting platform and bidirectional alternating cutting were achieved.Combined with size self-adaptation,intelligent calculation of the number of slices,and dynamic adjustment of the feed step distance via head and tail thickness compensation,cutting consistency and yield were improved.The results showed that,while maintaining the same unit cutting time,the overall cutting cycle was reduced by approximately 12.5%compared to the unidirectional cutting method,saving over 1 hour of daily system operation time.The slice thickness error was controlled within±0.1 mm.This research provides an efficient solution for the intensive processing of frozen aquatic products.关键词
