Abstract
To address the issues of low efficiency and high labor intensity in the manual coiling and proofing process of hollow dried noodles,an automatic coiling and proofing device based on the TRIZ-AD integrated innovative design method is proposed.The nine-screen method was used to analyze system resources,derive the ideal final result(IFR),and clarify customer needs.Through axiomatic design,the function-structure mapping was completed to form a design scheme.Combined with TRIZ contradiction matrices and inventive principles,coupling issues in the design matrix were resolved.Static analysis of key components was performed using ANSYS software,and a multi-body dynamics model of the reciprocating coiling mechanism was constructed using RecurDyn software.A physical prototype was fabricated and tested.The results showed that the coefficient of variation for the inter-turn distance of the variable-pitch conical spring at the limit position was 17.14%.The error between the motion trajectory of the reciprocating coiling mechanism and the theoretical trajectory was less than 2%,meeting the design requirements.Under the optimal process conditions with a dough stick moisture content of 32%~35%,the average yield of dough sticks stabilized at 4.2 kg/min,with a adhesion rate of≤0.14%.The device successfully achieved automatic stretching,coiling,proofing,and conveying of the dough sticks.This research provides a new technical approach for the design of coiling and proofing devices for hollow dried noodles.关键词
