不同时期干旱对贺兰山东麓葡萄园土壤特性的影响
Effects of Drought at Different Phenological Stages on Soil Properties in Vineyards at the Helan Mountains East Foothill

Abstract
Drought and low rainfall are key limiting factors restricting the high-quality development of the wine industry in the Helan Mountains east foothills in Ningxia,significantly affecting the physical and chemical properties of the soil,grapevine growth and development,and fruit quality.By combining field sampling and laboratory analysis,this study specifically analyzed the impact of drought on soil nutrients and texture in vineyards at different spatial locations in the eastern foothills of the Helan Mountains.The results showed that,in 2024,after moderate drought treatment at maturity and drought treatment at the young fruit stage,the average soil available nitrogen content increased by 39.47%and 39.95%,respectively,compared with the control group;the soil's average available phosphorus content increased by 48.86%and 19.21%,and the soil's average available potassium content increased by 33.22%and 29.38%,while changes in total nutrients and soil particle size were minimal.The titratable acid content of'Cabernet Sauvignon'grapes did not differ significantly after each treatment.Compared with the control,the single berry weight decreased by 0.26 g and 0.41 g after moderate drought treatment at maturity and drought treatment at the young fruit stage,respectively,while the total sugar content of grapes increased by 11.19 g·L-1 after moderate drought treatment at maturity.Principal component analysis indicated that drought treatment could increase the content of available soil nutrients but simultaneously increased the risk of nutrient leaching,thereby affected the long-term stability of soil fertility.关键词
