摘要

Abstract

To investigate the effects of different fertilization regimes on Brassica campestris and soil fertility,a field experiment was conducted using pakchoi as the test material.Seven fertilization treatments were set up,including water leaching disinfection,urea application,compound microelement fertilizer,microbial inoculant,etc.Soil physical and chemical properties,yield and quality were studied by means of physiological and biochemical determination and high-throughput sequencing.The results showed that after high-temperature disinfection,the treatment of 5.29 kg urea+15.88 kg compound microelement fertilizer+5.29 kg microbial inoculant+201.16 kg organic fertilizer per 667 m2 exhibited the optimal effects,significantly increased the yield of pakchoi to 1 201.66 kg,representing a 34.06%increase,compared with the control group.Meanwhile,this treatment effectively improved soil fertility by increasing soil total nitrogen,available phosphorus and available potassium contents,and reduced the EC value to 325 μS/cm,a decrease of 83.71%relative to the control.The vitamin E content reached 1.15 mg/100 g FW,6%higher than that of the control.
