Abstract
Rapeseed is a crop with high selenium accumulation capacity.With the continuous improvement of high-quality double-low and high-oil rapeseed varieties,selenium-enriched rapeseed oil and selenium-enriched rapeseed shoots have become high-end edible oils and vegetables.Enshi city has been included in the national advantageous industrial belt of double-low rapeseed in the middle and upper reaches of the Yangtze River and the protection zone of double-low high-quality rapeseed in Hubei province.This paper analyzed the current situation and existing problems of the selenium-enriched rapeseed industry in Enshi city.Focusing on industrial layout,policy support and main body cultivation,the paper proposed a distinctive development path for the mountainous selenium-enriched rapeseed industry from the perspectives of ornamental,vegetable and oilseed utilization of rapeseed,providing theoretical reference for promoting the quality and efficiency improvement of the selenium-enriched rapeseed industry in the whole area of Enshi city.关键词
