高效液相色谱法测定芝麻油中芝麻素的含量
Determination of Sesamin Content in Sesame Oil by High-Performance Liquid Chromatography(HPLC)

Abstract
[Objective]To establish a high-performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)method for accurate and rapid determination of sesamin content in sesame oil.[Method]The analysis was performed using an XSelect CSH C18 chromatographic column(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm).The mobile phase consisted of methanol-water(volume ratio 80:20,V:V).at a flow rate of 0.8 mL/min.The detection wavelength was set at 287 nm,the column temperature was maintained at 35 ℃,and the injection volume was 10 μL.[Result]The linear regression equation for sesamin was Y=0.000 08X-1.437 9(Y:peak area;X:concentration,μg/mL),with a correlation coefficient(R²=0.995 1).The linear range was 4.987 008 μg/mL to 149.702 4 μg/mL.The spike recovery test showed an average recovery rate of 101.03%,indicating good method precision.[Conclusion]This method is simple to operate,highly sensitive,and exhibits good repeatability.It can accurately determine the sesamin content in sesame oil,making it suitable for quality control and related analyses of sesame oil.关键词
