Study on the Fluctuation Patterns of Blood Lipids in Healthy Adults During Short-Term Low-Calorie Diet Intervention
摘要
Abstract
[Objective]To investigate the effects of a 14-day strictly controlled low-calorie diet intervention on the dynamic changes in blood lipid profiles of healthy adults.[Method]A total of 25 healthy adult subjects were recruited and underwent a 14-day standardized low-calorie diet intervention.Centralized meal provision and on-site supervision were implemented to ensure compliance.Fasting venous blood was collected at baseline and multiple time points after intervention to measure total cholesterol,triglycerides,high-density lipoprotein cholesterol, and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol levels, and their dynamic changes were analyzed.[Result]In the early intervention phase(days 1-3),total cholesterol,low-density lipoprotein cholesterol, and high-density lipoprotein cholesterol levels transiently increased, while triglycerides decreased significantly. In the mid-to-late intervention phase(days 4-14),total cholesterol,low-density lipoprotein cholesterol, and high-density lipoprotein cholesterol levels all declined significantly, while triglycerides continued to decrease.Body weight decreased significantly, but no statistically significant change was observed in body fat percentage.[Conclusion]Short-term low-calorie diet intervention can induce a biphasic fluctuation pattern in blood lipid profiles of healthy adults, characterized by an initial increase followed by a decrease, suggesting that the assessment of dietary intervention effects should consider the temporal changes in blood lipid parameters.关键词
