新时代教师返乡性流动的内在机理与实践路径
The Intrinsic Mechanism and Practical Path of Teachers' Return Migration in the New Era:A Perspective Based on Bourdieu's Field Theory

Abstract
In the context of the new era,teacher mobility plays a crucial role in the balanced development of educa-tion.To deeply explore the phenomenon of teachers' return to their hometowns,this paper establishes a unique analytical framework for teacher mobility by dissecting the key concepts of Bourdieu's theory from the three dimensions of field,cap-ital,and habitus.Focusing on the current urban-rural educational resource and institutional barriers,the predicament of rural education and teachers' professional capital,and the cultural differences between urban and rural areas and teachers' adaptation difficulties,it delves into the three macro logics of interaction and competition in field rules,accumulation and transformation in capital operation,and understanding and internalization in habitus cognition,to meticulously analyze the internal mechanism of teachers' return to their hometowns.Ultimately,based on the three aspects of field integration and resource sharing,capital accumulation and professional development,and habitus integration and cultural identity,it con-structs practical paths,aiming at the construction of an urban-rural educational community,the establishment of a profes-sional growth platform for teachers,and the strengthening of rural cultural education,with the goal of promoting the bal-anced flow of educational resources,broadening teachers' career development paths,and enhancing the cultural identity and inclusiveness of teachers returning to their hometowns,in order to promote teachers' return to their hometowns and open up a new situation in rural education that attracts and retains teachers.关键词
