The Current State and Cultivation Mechanism of Moral Education Competence among Primary and Secondary School Leaders in the Digital-Intelligence Era
摘要
Abstract
The comprehensive integration of digital technology into the education field has driven moral education in primary and secondary schools from experience-driven to data-driven,and from offline to virtual-real integration,pla-cing systematic demands on the moral education ability of school leaders.This paper uses literature analysis,ques-tionnaire surveys,and semi-structured interviews to define the connotation and structure of moral education ability of primary and secondary school leaders in the digital age.Through empirical research,it systematically analyzes the re-ality and structural shortcomings of their moral education ability and their possible underlying causes.Based on this,a cultivation system is constructed to provide theoretical reference and practical solutions for improving the digital mor-al education ability of primary and secondary school leaders and promoting high-quality development of moral educa-tion.关键词
