Abstract

Under the background of the new curriculum reform,enhancing the intention of teachers to engage in teach-ing innovation is not only a basic prerequisite for the continuous improvement of teaching quality in county high schools,but also an inevitable requirement for the professional development of teachers,and a key condition for pro-moting the "revitalization of county high schools".To explore the influencing mechanism of the intention of county high school teachers to engage in teaching innovation,this study conducted an empirical analysis of the current status and influencing factors of the intention of 480 county high school teachers to engage in teaching innovation based on the framework of the Theory of Planned Behavior.The results showed that the overall intention of county high school teachers to engage in teaching innovation was relatively strong,but there were significant differences in the dimension of teaching age.Behavioral attitude,subjective norms and perceptual behavior control have significant positive effects on teachers'willingness to innovate in teaching in counties.Subjective norms perceived by county high school teach-ers indirectly affect the willingness to innovate in teaching through behavior attitude and perceived behavior control re-spectively,and the direct effect of subjective norms on the willingness to innovate in teaching is not significant.Final-ly,based on the discussion of the above conclusions,some strategies are put forward to enhance the willingness of teaching innovation.
