中国古代茶法政策对茶文化演进的制度推动
Institutional Drivers Behind the Evolution of Chinese Tea Culture:A Historical Analysis of Ancient Tea Laws and Policies
摘要
Abstract
This paper examines the evolution of ancient Chinese tea laws across the Tang,Song,Ming, and Qing dynasties, analyzing how tea-related policies shaped the trajectory of tea culture within their respective socio-political contexts. The analysis reveals that the Tang dynasty's tribute tea and taxation systems established tea's economic foundation and cultural significance;the Song dynasty's tea monopoly and tea-horse trade advanced tea production techniques and popularized tea drinking;the Ming dynasty' shift from tea cakes to loose-leaf tea reshaped tea preparation and processing practices;and the Qing dynasty's regulation of border teas, along with imperial patronage, promoted a diversified tea industry and facilitated the widespread dissemination of tea culture. These ancient tea laws not only served as instruments of economic management and frontier governance but also profoundly influenced the production practices, aesthetic preferences, and channels of cultural transmission.关键词
