摘要

Abstract

A novel high-performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)method for the simultaneous determination of seven stevia glycoside compounds in beverages was established.The optimal extraction and purification conditions were established by evaluating different solvents and solid-phase extraction(SPE)procedures,while chromatographic separation was optimized by adjusting the mobile phase composition and gradient elution parameters.The sample was extracted by ultrasound,purified and enriched by solid-phase extraction column,analysis was performed using high-performance liquid chromatography with diode array detector,with quantification based on the external standard method.The results showed that the seven stevia glycoside compounds exhibited good linearity within the concentration range of 10~200 mg/L.Accuracy and precision tests were conducted on beverage samples using this method.Under three spiked concentration levels,six parallel sample determinations demonstrated high accuracy and repeatability,meeting analytical requirements.Additionally,six commercially available beverage samples were analyzed,showing well-resolved peaks,symmetrical chromatographic profiles,and minimal matrix interference.The method was shown to be simple,sensitive and reproducible,and was concluded to provide a reliable analytical approach for simultaneous determination of multiple stevia glycoside compounds in beverage samples.
