父母低头行为与青少年内化问题行为的关系:一项三水平元分析
The Relationship Between Parental Phubbing and Adolescents' Internalizing Problems:A Three-level Meta-analysis

Abstract
Parental phubbing refers to the act in which parents neglect their children due to excessive engagement with smartphones.Current studies predominantly focus on the univariate impact of parental phubbing on adolescents' in-ternalizing problems,lacking comprehensive analyses reflecting holistic relationships.To clarify the global association be-tween parental phubbing and adolescents' internalizing problems while identifying key moderating variables,this article conducted a three-level meta-analysis through systematic literature retrieval,incorporating 35 studies(with 50 effect si-zes).The results revealed a mild-to-moderate positive correlation between parental phubbing and adolescents' internalizing problems(r=0.297).School phase,proportion of only-children,urban-rural differences,and types of internalizing prob-lems significantly moderated this relationship.Meanwhile,average age,parental role differences,and research design ex-hibited marginally significant moderating effects.Based on these findings,future research should prioritize the iteration of research instruments,methodological advancement,and theoretical construction within complex family contexts,and it is recommended to incorporate demographic and contextual variables with indigenous temporal characteristics to provide de-tailed evidence for precision family education in the digital era.When formulating interventions,it is essential to optimize intra-family interaction mechanisms and implement integrated strategies combining public service provision,guidance-ori-ented policies,and economic incentives to alleviate the negative impacts of parental phubbing.关键词
