奶及奶制品与中心型肥胖风险的定性循证研究
Qualitative Evidence-Based Study on Dairy Products and the Risk of Central Obesity

Abstract
[Objective]To systematically analyze the association between dairy products and central obesity.[Method]Using search terms such as"milk,""dairy products,""cheese,""yogurt,""obesity,""overweight,""weight management,""body mass index,""BMI,"and"body fat,"relevant Chinese and English literature published between January 1 in 2000,and February 28 in 2024,was retrieved from seven databases,including PubMed,Embase,Medline,Cochrane,Chinese Biomedical Literature Service System,Wanfang Data Knowledge Service Platform,and China National Knowledge Infrastructure.[Result]A total of 12 articles were included,comprising 4 randomized controlled trials,1 cohort study,6 cross-sectional studies,and 1 case-control study.The results indicated that increased dairy consumption is associated with a reduced risk of central obesity.The evidence level is moderate,with an overall evaluation of Grade B.This relationship is influenced by various factors,including population characteristics,types of dairy products,and their composition.[Conclu-sion]Increased dairy intake may help reduce the risk of central obesity.关键词
