维生素D加钙制剂联合膳食指导对营养性维生素D缺乏性佝偻病患儿的临床疗效
Clinical Efficacy of Vitamin D Plus Calcium Preparation Combined with Dietary Guidance in Children with Nutritional Vitamin D Deficiency Rickets

Abstract
[Objective]To explore the clinical effect of vitamin D plus calcium preparation combined with dietary guidance on children with nutritional vitamin D deficiency rickets.[Method]A total of 80 children with nutritional vitamin D deficiency rickets admitted to the pediatric outpatient department of Xi'an Third Hospital from April 2020 to April 2023 were selected as the study objects,with 40 cases in each group grouped by random number table method.The control group was treated with vitamin D plus calcium preparation,and the observation group was treated with vitamin D plus calcium preparation and dietary guidance.The clinical ef-ficacy,bone metabolism index and bone density were compared between the two groups.[Result]The total clini-cal effective rate(95.00％)of the observation group children after 3 months of treatment was significantly higher than that of the control group(77.50％)(P<0.05).The BALP levels of the observation group children after 3 months of treatment were significantly higher than those of the control group,with BGP and NBAP levels significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The bone density values of the radius and ulna in the observation group children after 3 months of treatment were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).[Conclusion]The combination treatment of vitamin D,calcium preparation and dietary guidance for children with nutritional vitamin D deficiency rickets is highly effective and safe,and worthy of recommendation.关键词
