Bibliometric and Visual Analysis of Artificial Intelligence and Nutritional Therapy
摘要
Abstract
[Objective]To analyze the literature related to artificial intelligence(AI)and nutritional therapy research based on Web of Science database(WOS),to clarify its research hotspots and frontiers.[Method]Relevant literature in this field from 2015 to 2024 was collected via the Web of Science database.We used CiteSpace and Vosviewer to analyze the literature characteristics such as country,institution,author and keywords..[Result]A total of 173 publications(129 articles and 44 reviews)related to AI and nutritional therapy.Donghia,Rossella,Gerasimidis,Konstantinos,and Nichols,Ben were the most published authors.The USA and Mount Sinai Icahn School of Medicine were the leading country and the top institution in this field of study.Core journals included Frontiers in Nutrition,Nutrients,Advances in Nutrition,etc.hot topics focused on malnutrition diagnosis,dietary assessment,nutrition management of chronic disease,and personalized and precision nutritional therapy.[Conclusion]This field is gradually attracting widespread attention from global researchers,but the number of research articles is still low.Ongoing research and trends focus on the application of AI in malnutrition diagnosis,chronic disease nutrition management,and personalized nutrition therapy.关键词
