超声辅助低共熔溶剂提取槐米多糖的工艺优化
Process optimization of ultrasound-assisted deep eutectic solvent extraction of Flos sophorae immaturus polysaccharides

Abstract
To efficiently extract and utilize Flos sophorae immaturus polysaccharides(FSIP),an ultrasound-assisted deep eutectic solvent(DES)extraction method was employed.Using the polysaccharide yield as the evaluation index,the extraction process was optimized through single-factor experiments and response surface methodology,and the antioxidant activity of the extracted polysaccharides was determined.The results showed that the optimal solvent system was a DES composed of choline chloride and ammonium acetate.The optimal extraction conditions were as follows:DES molar ratio of 1∶2,DES water mass fraction of 50%,solid-to-liquid ratio of 1∶38(g/mL),ultrasonic power of 240 W,ultrasonic temperature of 40℃,and ultrasonic time of 30 min.Under these conditions,the yield of FSIP reached 8.80%.The IC50 values for DPPH and ABTS radical scavenging activities were 0.422 mg/mL and 0.240 mg/mL,respectively.At a polysaccharide concentration of 0.25 mg/mL,the reducing powers for iron ions and copper ions were 8.26 μmol/mL and 30.32 μmol/mL,respectively,indicating that FSIP possesses some antioxidant activity.This research provides a foundation for the efficient extraction and high-value utilization of FSIP.关键词
