超声波辅助酶法提取玉米秸秆低聚木糖的工艺研究
Study on the process of ultrasonic-assisted enzymatic extraction of xylooligosaccharides from corn stover

Abstract
To explore the potential value of corn stover,it was used as a raw material to investigate the effects of ultrasonic treatment temperature,ultrasonic treatment time,liquid-to-solid ratio,and NaOH mass fraction on xylose extraction yield through single-factor experiments.The effects of enzyme dosage,enzymolysis temperature,and enzymolysis time on xylooligosaccharide concentration were also examined.Response surface methodology(RSM)was employed to optimize the parameters for ultrasonic pretreatment and enzymatic hydrolysis.The results showed that the optimal ultrasonic pretreatment parameters were:temperature of 65℃,time of 30 min,liquid-to-solid ratio of 25∶1(mL/g),and NaOH mass fraction of 8%.Under these conditions,the xylose extraction yield reached 40.51%.For the enzymatic hydrolysis step,with an enzyme dosage of 1.5%and treatment at 50℃ for 5 h,the xylooligosaccharide concentration was increased to 8.58 g/L.This research provides data support and methodological reference for the resource utilization of agricultural waste.关键词
