Abstract
Objective:Through a systematic review of 200 food additive quality specifications,this study analyzed key indicators and their corresponding testing methods to uncover current deficiencies and provided recommendations for enhancing the food additive standardization system.Methods:Based on the National Catalogue of Food Safety Standards issued before August 2025,200 quality specification standards for food additives(excluding food flavorings)were randomly selected to establish an Excel database of physicochemical parameters.Particular emphasis was placed on the analysis of key indicators,including lead(Pb),arsenic(As),heavy metals(expressed as Pb),and loss on drying.Results:The results indicated inconsistent formulations of certain indicators within the quality specifications of some food additives,as well as lagged updates to relevant testing methods.Conclusion:Establishing unified indicator expressions and standardized referencing formats for testing methods was essential to advancing the high-quality development of China's food additive standards system,forming a critical foundation for enhancing food safety regulatory efficiency.关键词
