How Can Strategic Leadership Promote Organized Scientific Research in Universities
摘要
Abstract
In the context of the era of big science,organized scientific research in universities plays a key role in supporting national strategies and promoting scientific and technological innovation.However,with the formation of cross-border knowledge community,the development of organized scientific research in universities is facing three dilemmas:within the organization,scientific research individuals show cognitive estrangement and behavioral inertia;among organizations,the efficiency of resource flow is low,and the value logic multiple subjects is heterogeneous.Outside the organization,the lack of focus on problem identification and the disconnection between supply and demand of results lead to the fault of practice transformation.In view of this,this study reconstructs the CCL(Center for Creative Leadership)model framework based on the theory of strategic leadership,establishes a two-dimensional model including the individual leadership development axis and the organizational leadership cultivation axis,and proposes a breakthrough path:activating individual leadership,cultivating strategic scientists and interdisciplinary talents;deepen organizational leadership and build an enabling environment to support synergy;strengthen the internal and external bridging function off colleges and universities and connect the organized scientific research innovation chain.关键词
