Abstract
The preparation techniques,performance evaluation methods and improvement strategies,current applications,and existing challenges of edible fungus mycelium-based materials were reviewed.Future prospects were discussed so as to provide insights for the transition of mycelium materials from laboratory research to industrial application.关键词
