Abstract
Oudemansiella raphanipes is a rare edible and medicinal fungus with high nutritional and medicinal value.Polysaccharides are its primary bioactive components.The structural characteristics and biological activities of O.raphanipes polysaccharides were reviewed,aiming to provide a reference for further research on their pharmacological effects as well as their development and utilization.关键词
