The Era Value,Communication Obstacles,and Optimization Pathways for Cultivating"Ideological Influencers"in Universities in the Digital Age

Abstract
In the digital age,the development of ideological and political education in universities empowered by dig-ital technology is flourishing.University ideological and political education workers,with their high digital literacy and technological capabilities,can fully utilize new media platforms and digital tools to create high-quality ideological and po-litical education content,winning the sustained attention and recognition of college students.As an emerging form of ideo-logical and political education,"ideological influencers"serve as an important supplement and innovation to traditional ed-ucational methods,with their cultivation and development being multidimensional and complex.These influencers play a positive role in guiding ideological values and acting as online opinion leaders.However,their development and dissemina-tion are constrained by issues such as information overload,information cocoons,information distortion,information homo-geneity,and information timeliness loss on the internet.There is an urgent need to increase the supply of traffic heat,opti-mize algorithm recommendation mechanisms,strengthen regulatory review efforts,promote innovation in ideological and po-litical education content,and smooth information collection and feedback channels through five optimization paths,contin-uously strengthen the team of"ideological influencers"in universities,enhance their influence,appeal,and leadership in universities on college students,and help promote the high-quality and connotative development of ideological and political education.关键词
