The Dilemma,Causes,and Improvement Strategies of Rural Social Educational Capacity

Abstract
The key to rural societal development lies in talent cultivation,which in turn relies on the support of a ro-bust society's educational capacity.Currently,the dilemmas confronting rural society's educational capacity manifest in several ways:a diminished appeal of rural schooling,the weakening of character cultivation within rural family education;and the fragility of civilization-guidance in rural community education.These challenges primarily stem from the lack of distinctive features in rural school operations,insufficient transformation of educational resource advantages,the homoge-neous economic income structure of rural households,limited activation of human resource potential,relatively lagging grassroots governance,and inadequate mobilization of social actors' practical initiative.The primary causes of these dilem-mas are associated with:the lack of distinctive features in rural school operations and inadequate translation of unique ed-ucational resources into strengths;the singular structure of rural household income and limited mobilization of human re-source potential;and relatively lagging rural grassroots governance coupled with insufficient activation of societal actors' practical initiative.To enhance the quality of rural society's educational capacity,the following strategies are imperative:transforming educational values to foster a rural learning society;enhancing the effectiveness of policy dissemination to op-timize the environment for rural entrepreneurship and employment;and coordinating synergistic complementarity among home,school,and community to catalyze the human capital potential of rural actors.关键词
