绿色育人理念下高校农业劳动教育的理论构建与实践
Theoretical Construction and Practice of Agricultural Labor Education in Universities Under the Concept of Green Education

Abstract
Grounded in the strategic orientation of labor education in the new era and the concept of green educa-tion,agricultural labor education in universities has become an important carrier of education that integrates ecological awareness,labor literacy and innovation ability.As a key hub of the"green five-education"system,agricultural labor edu-cation undertakes the practical function of promoting the organic integration of"five educations"and achieving the goal of"innovation through labor".However,current agricultural labor education in universities still faces practical challenges such as an incomplete theoretical framework,loose implementation mechanisms,and ambiguous educational orientations,with its comprehensive educational value not yet fully realized.Therefore,theoretical construction should clarify the posi-tioning of agricultural labor education within the"green five-education"system and systematically explain its educational logic.In terms of practical pathways,drawing on the case of the"Yidian Network Education"project,a content system for the"green five-education"encompassing green labor education,moral education,intellectual education,physical educa-tion,and aesthetic education should be established.This will promote the formation of a dual-track implementation mecha-nism featuring horizontal collaboration within campuses and vertical integration beyond campuses.Practice has shown that this pathway effectively fosters the holistic development of students' moral literacy,knowledge and abilities,physical and mental well-being,and aesthetic sensibility.It achieves integrated educational outcomes in moral cultivation,intellectual enhancement,physical strengthening,aesthetic nurturing,and innovation fostering.This model provides a replicable para-digm for labor education in peer institutions and holds positive significance for cultivating a new generation capable of un-dertaking the mission of national rejuvenation.关键词
