On the Mission and Responsibility of Rural Teachers in the New Era
摘要
Abstract
The revitalization of rural education is the cornerstone of achieving comprehensive rural revitalization.In different historical periods,rural teachers have undertaken professional functions and era missions that are in line with social develop-ment.Clarifying the mission and responsibility of rural teachers in the new era requires not only an understanding of the na-tional rejuvenation mission in the new era,but also a sense of identity as the main body of national rejuvenation,profession-al competence that meets the needs of rural revitalization,and the ability structure to support rural education revitalization,in order to deeply understand the mission and responsibility of rural teachers at the level of the mission of the times.The de-velopment of rural teachers can provide strong structural support for fulfilling the mission and responsibility of the new era by focusing on the teacher education curriculum system,deepening interaction with rural communities,and enhancing educa-tional reflection.关键词
