行动者网络视域下县域教师培育的运行逻辑与实践路径
The Operational Logic and Practical Pathways of County-Level Teacher Cultivation from the Perspective of Actor-Network Theory

Abstract
County-level teacher cultivation is pivotal for advancing the high-quality development of county teachers.This study examines the process of county-level teacher cultivation through the lens of Actor-Network Theory(ANT),using the Teacher Education Pilot Zone Construction Project in County J,Western China as a case.The findings reveal that the opera-tional logic of county-level teacher cultivation unfolds through three interconnected mechanisms:problematization,which clarifies the objectives of teacher cultivation;interessement,which defines the roles of various actors;and the simultaneous integration of enrolment and mobilization,which drives the construction of the actor-network.The practical process progres-ses through three stages:repositioning from administrative monocentrism to professional involvement,nodal innovation through multi-actor collaboration,and formation of a county-wide ecosystem promoting teacher development.This study illu-minates the key mechanism by which the actor-network transitions from externally driven support to internally generated de-velopment.This finding offers both theoretical insights and practical implications for addressing the persistent challenges in county-level teacher cultivation.关键词
