我国西部地区易腐农产品及冷链仓储现状研究
Research on the Perishable Agricultural Products and Cold Chain Warehousing in Chinese Western Regions

Abstract
[Objective]Western China serves as a crucial production base for agricultural products.However,the region's remote location,inconvenient transportation,and frequent climate-related disasters necessitate long-distance cross-regional transport of postharvest agricultural products.During transit,temperature fluctuations,humidity variations,and microbial spoilage often lead to significant deterioration,compromising product quality and economic value,thereby hindering the deep integration of primary,secondary,and tertiary industries and limiting farmers'income growth.This study systematically analyzes the distribution of perishable agricultural products and the status of cold chain storage in western China,aiming to provide a theoretical reference for cross-regional cold chain logistics.[Method]By reviewing statistical yearbooks from the National Bureau of Statistics,local statistical agencies,and the China Federation of Logistics and Purchasing,this paper comprehensively examines the current cold chain logistics management system for perishable agricultural products in western China.Key internal and external factors influencing the cold chain industry were identified and summarized.[Result]First,cold chain infrastructure in western China remains underdeveloped,with an incomplete logistics management system.Cold chain enterprises account for only 19.10%of the national total,and both cold storage capacity and refrigerated vehicle availability lag significantly behind central and eastern regions.Second,intrinsic factors such as product characteristics and storage conditions,along with extrinsic fac-tors including national policies and standards,transportation accessibility,and logistics costs,collectively determine the distribution and sales efficiency of perishable agricultural products in the region.[Conclusion]The western region has a large output of perishable agricultural products with distinct characteristics.However,the climate and environment in the western region are relatively harsh,the transportation conditions are poor,and the cold chain infrastructure is seriously backward,which restricts the production and sales of agricultural products in the western region.Currently,the country has successively introduced policies to promote the construction of the national cold chain and improve the backbone network of the cold chain logistics.It is sug-gested to strengthen the construction of cold chain facilities for agricultural products in the western region and enhance the training of the logistics relationship system.关键词
