中小学数学教师跨学科教学能力:要素探析、模型建构及测评建议
Interdisciplinary Teaching Competence of Mathematics Teachers in Primary and Secondary Schools:Element Analysis,Model Construction,and Evaluation Suggestions

Abstract
The interdisciplinary teaching competence of mathematics teachers in primary and secondary schools is the basic capability for cultivating top-tier innovative talents.Based on the literature method from the top-down and the interview method from the bottom-up perspective,the interdisciplinary teaching competence evaluation indicators for primary and secondary school mathematics teachers were constructed;these two sets of indicators were then integrated in accordance with the theory of triangulation.Subsequently,after three rounds of Delphi expert consultation,the assessment index system for interdisciplinary teaching competence evaluation for primary and secondary school mathematics teachers was determined as five first-level indicators of cognitive ability,design ability,implementation ability,evaluation ability and research ability of mathematics interdisciplinary teaching and 14 corresponding second-level indicators.Through item analysis,exploratory factor analysis,and confirmatory factor analysis,all fit indices were within acceptable ranges,indicating that the indicator system had good model fits.The Analytic Hierarchy Process is used to calculate the weight values of evaluation indicators at all levels,and the evaluation model was constructed:Y=0.283Y1+0.313Y2+0.209Y3+0.142Y4+0.053Y5.It is recommended that in actual evaluations,a developmental assessment orientation should be adhered to,using diversified assessment tools to present scientific assessment results.关键词
