The Educational Implications and Practical Pathways of Wang Yangming's Temporal View of"Liangzhi Jianzai"

Abstract
As the core concept of Wang Yangming's temporal view,"the presence of innate germinal goodness"implies that Liangzhi takes the present moment as its sole existential dimension,thereby harboring profound educational implications.Wang Yangming's conception of time,with the Presentness of Liangzhi as its core concept,provides the theoretical basis for examining the educational implications of his thought and the paths to its realization.Serving as the thematic crux,Liangzhi Jianzai manifests in three specific dimensions:the immediacy of seeking within rather than without,the processuality that emphasizes individual"fenxian",and the transcendence that overcomes utilitarian selfishness.Regarding its educational significance,the generation,progression,and justification of education maintain an intrinsic alignment with Yangming's temporal view:Immediacy facilitates the natural generation of education,emphasizing the awakening of life experiences within authentic contexts.Processuality echoes the educational journey,advocating that teaching should adapt to individual"allotted limits"and expand Liangzhi through gradual progression.Transcendence justifies the universal pedagogical ideal that"ge wu".On this basis,a formative educational path to actualize the Presentness of Liangzhi shall be constructed in the practical dimension,with three core approaches.Achieving the clarity of individual experiential time through the dual mechanisms of"mengdong fayue"and"shengcha kezhi".Guiding students to internalize social time by upholding the principle of"xiaxue ershangda".Awakening an individual's historical time consciousness through the"zhixing heyi",thereby transforming the eternal value of Liangzhi into a tangible moral character.In conclusion,Liangzhi Jianzai serves as a theoretical supplement to Confucian concepts of educational time and underscores a cultivation-oriented direction for temporal engagement in education.关键词
