Nostalgic Narratives in the Unified Primary School Chinese Textbooks and Their Teaching Implementation

Abstract
Textbooks,as institutionalized carriers of cultural memory,embody the nostalgic culture born out of local society.Their educational goal is to guide students from cognition to identification,ultimately achieving the internalization of nostalgic emotions and the construction of subjective spiritual meaning.Nostalgia is a complex emotional experience arising from spatial migration or the passage of time among group members,involving deep attachment to relatives and friends,past experiences,hometown landscapes,and folk customs.The unified primary school Chinese textbooks clarify students'cognitive landscape of nostalgia through narrative contexts,deepen emotional experiences through narrative spaces,and cultivate students'cultural identity through narrative content.Vibrant character images,specific natural imagery,and unique language forms constitute the embodied expression of nostalgic narratives in textbooks.The key to realizing this value lies in teachers constructing students'cognitive schemas of nostalgia through task-driven learning;awakening students'emotional memories of nostalgia based on dialect experience;and connecting individual experiences to promote the generation of meaning of nostalgia in students'spiritual world.关键词
