"组团式"教育帮扶效果评价体系的构建与应用
The Construction and Application of an Effectiveness Evaluation System for Group-based Educational Assistance

Abstract
The"Group-based"educational assistance transcends the linear aid model of traditional pairing assistance and has become a crucial fulcrum for the rural revitalization strategy and an education powerhouse.Grounded in the Capability Approach and in accordance with the principles of"precision,feasibility,sustainability,and effectiveness",the constructed effectiveness evaluation system for"group-based"educational assistance comprises three first-level dimensions including the reconstruction of school organizational effectiveness,the accumulation of student learning capital,and the appreciation of teacher professional capital,along with ten secondary indicators.The empirical study applying this framework to S senior high school in Guangxi revealed that the overall effectiveness of the assistance has reached a commendable level and gained widespread recognition among multiple stakeholders,although the recipient school still has room for improvement in several individual indicators.The research indicates the evaluation tool overcomes the previous limitations of relying on subjective experiential descriptions in assessing the effectiveness of educational assistance,which offering operational and replicable tools for outcome measurement and quality improvement of"group-based"educational assistance in the new era.关键词
