Geographical Indications and Unique Production Techniques of Tianbaoshan Pear
摘要
Abstract
Tianbaoshan Pear is one of the famous special fruits in Shandong province.It was certified as a National Agricultural Product with Geographical Indication in 2011.Nevertheless,its industrial development progresses slowly,and it enjoys relatively low popularity in domestic and global markets.This paper expounded the specific producing area,unique producing environment,humanistic history and special product quality of Tianbaoshan pear,and sumed up the unique production mode of Tianbaoshan pear from the aspects of producing area selection,variety selection,production management process,timely harvesting,grading,packaging,and storage.The aim was to maintain the brand quality of Tianbaoshan pear to the greatest extent,and further improve the brand popularity of Tianbaoshan pear in the national and international markets.关键词
