安徽省无肌间刺淡水鱼养殖与加工产业现状及前景分析
Investigation and Analysis on Cultivation and Processing Industry of Intermuscular Bones-Free Freshwater Fish in Anhui Province
摘要
Abstract
[Objective]Intermuscular bones-free freshwater fish hold significant potential for both aquaculture and consumer markets due to their notable advantages,including convenience for consumption,safety from bone-related hazards,and ease of processing.This study aims to systematically review the current status and trends in the cultivation and processing of intermuscular bones-free freshwater fish in Anhui province,and to conduct a comparative analysis with the overall development trends in China.[Method]Field investigations,symposiums,and questionnaire surveys were conducted to assess the current state of the industries.Data col‐lected from these activities were combined with official sources such as the China Fishery Statistical Yearbook to summarize research findings.[Result]The development of the freshwater fish industry in Anhui province has shown a gradual growth trend.However,key challenges persist in the cultivation and processing sectors,includ‐ing low coverage of high-quality local varieties,low utilization rate of by-products,a homogeneous product structure,and insufficient brand influence.[Conclusion]Targeted recommendations are proposed from techni‐cal,industrial,and policy perspectives to address the identified issues.These suggestions aim to foster innova‐tion in aquatic breeding and optimize aquaculture structures in Anhui province,thereby promoting high-quality and sustainable development of the intermuscular bones-free freshwater fish industry.关键词
