Political Economy Analysis of Indonesia's Free Nutrition Meal Program
摘要
Abstract
[Objective]To analyze the practical implementation challenges of the Free Nutritious Meal Program under the Prabowo administration in Indonesia and explore the potential paths for China-Indonesia cooperation.[Method]From the perspective of Developmental Populism,using a literature analysis method to systematically review Indonesia's policy documents and relevant case studies,dissecting the policy implementation mechanisms through macro-dimensions—namely industrialization levels,governance capacity,and fiscal structures,subsequently constructing a comprehensive analytical framework.[Result]While the Free Nutritious Meal Program offers significant socioeconomic benefits,its implementation is hampered by Indonesia's limited industrialization,weak governance,and fiscal imbalances.These constraints have led to recurring issues such as frequent food poisoning incidents and substantial waste.[Conclusion]The sustainable development of the Free Nutritious Meal Program relies on the synergy between domestic governance modernization and external resource integration.By deeply engaging in the program through the provision of finance,equipment,and expertise,China not only assists Indonesia in alleviating its livelihood deficit but also establishes a pragmatic path for deepening the China-Indonesia Comprehensive Strategic Partnership in this new era.关键词
