试论人工智能时代中国未来教师的坚守与突破
A Preliminary Study on the Persistence and Breakthrough of Chinese Future Teachers in the Age of Artificial Intelligence

Abstract
The deep evolution of artificial intelligence is reshaping the global educational landscape,positioning the future teacher as a central proposition in educational transformation.Grounded in China's strategic initiative of building a strong education nation,this paper examines the domestic and international research trajectories concerning the role transformation of teachers in the age of artificial intelligence.Drawing upon a dual-layer theoretical framework of teachers' professional competencies—comprising a"core values layer"and a"capability layer"—this study constructs an analytical framework of"Six Commitments"and"Six Breakthroughs"for China's future teachers.The"Commitments"dimension proposes that future teachers should uphold the following foundational values:devotion to the nation and educational mission,moral integ-rity and teaching by example,fostering virtue and ensuring educational equity,adherence to educational principles and prac-tical innovation,benevolence tempered with rigorous guidance,and a cosmopolitan vision oriented toward the common good.The"Breakthroughs"dimension delineates capability advancement across six domains:role repositioning,educational eco-system,content modalities,pedagogical approaches,assessment paradigms,and professional growth models.Finally,the paper explores four pathways for cultivating future teachers,offering theoretical references and practical implications for building a high-quality,professional teaching workforce in the new era.关键词
