教育家精神主体证成的三条进路及其辩证
Three Approaches to the Subjective Justification of the Spirit of Educators and Their Dialectics

Abstract
The spirit of educators is an important policy discourse under the strategic direction of building a powerful country through education.Based on explaining the general laws of the formation and development of the spirit of educators,it is al-so necessary to further provide persuasive reasons for why the spirit of educators is generally recognized and practiced by teachers,to guide teachers,as actors,to live a meaningful life in accordance with the spirit of educators.Currently,the justification for the legitimacy of the spirit of educators with respect to teachers mainly has three approaches:educational jus-tification,subject justification,and existential justification.The three approaches to justifying the spirit of educators each have their own characteristics,but none are sufficient to completely complete the justification of the spirit of educators with respect to the teacher's self.In fact,the three methods complement and supplement each other to jointly constitute the jus-tification of the legitimacy of the spirit of educators.The internal structure and formation mechanism of the spirit of educators can only be revealed based on the logic of educational theory,subject theory,and existential theory being"united as one",and the individual teacher's practice and promotion of the spirit of educators can only become possible through this.关键词
