The Value Significance,Practical Challenges,and Promotion Strategies of Construction of Aesthetic Education Teachers Workforce in Primary and Secondary Schools in the New Era

Abstract
The aesthetic education teachers shoulder the important mission of guiding students' aesthetic values,conveying art education knowledge,cultivating students' artistic talents,and nurturing their aesthetic sentiment.It is necessary to comprehensively strengthen the construction of the primary and secondary school aesthetic education teacher team from a strategic height in the new era.However,the aesthetic education teacher team in primary and secondary schools in China is facing problems such as shortage of teachers,significant urban-rural disparities in teacher qualifications,uneven distribution of specialized aesthetic education teachers,weak discipline-specific professional literacy and inadequate professional devel-opment channels for aesthetic education teachers.Building a high-quality professional aesthetic education teacher team in primary and secondary schools in the new era requires clarifying key tasks and integrating them:establishing a comprehen-sive aesthetic education teacher education system,expanding the channels for teacher supply,ensuring the sufficiency of the art education teacher team.Improving the pre-service training of aesthetic education teachers,implementing in-service aes-thetic education teacher quality improvement plans,and achieving the simultaneous improvement of teachers' aesthetic edu-cation literacy and subject ability.Improving the status and treatment of aesthetic education teachers,smoothing the career development channels for aesthetic education teachers,and establishing an evaluation and honor system for aesthetic educa-tion teachers to enhance the professional attractiveness of aesthetic education teachers.关键词
