聚焦真实课堂的教学能力表现
Focusing on Teaching Competence in Real Classrooms

Abstract
edTPA is an evidence-based teacher assessment tool in the United States,which has formulated corresponding assessment guidelines for professional teachers in 28 subject areas including special education.Focusing on students' prac-tical needs and real classroom scenarios,the assessment content of edTPA covers 3 core tasks and 15 specific standards.The assessment results serve as both a comprehensive diagnosis of teachers' current professional competence and a practical guide for their pre-service training and in-service development,highlighting the dual functions of talent selection and devel-opmental guidance.Exploring the application and characteristics of American edTPA in the assessment of pre-service special education teachers provides a valuable reference for improving the pre-service training and quality assessment mechanism for special education teachers in China.关键词
