Effect of Perioperative Optimized Oral Nutrition Combined with Feedback Dietary Intervention on Immune Function and Nutritional Indexes of Elderly Patients with Osteoporotic Fracture after Operation

Abstract
[Objective]To analyze the effect of perioperative optimized oral nutrition combined with feedback dietary intervention on immune function and nutritional indexes of elderly patients with osteoporotic fracture after operation.[Method]One hundred and fifty-four elderly patients with osteoporotic fracture after operation in our hospital were included as the research object.The time of inclusion was from September 2024 to September 2025,and they were divided into group A and group B,with 77 cases in each group.The grouping method was random number table method.Group A was given routine intervention,and group B was given perioperative optimized oral nutrition combined with feedback dietary intervention.Both groups were treated continuously for 7 d and observed for 28 d after treatment.The nutritional risk,immune function,nutritional index,bone metabolism index(before treatment and after treatment for 7 d)and dietary compliance(after observation for 28 d)were compared between the two groups.[Result]From pre-treatment to 28 d after observation,the nutritional risk scores of the two groups showed a decreasing trend,and the group B was lower than the group A(P<0.05).Compared with before treatment,the serum levels of IgG,IgM,IgA,Alb,PA,TF,Hb,BALP and BGP in both groups increased after 7 days of treatment,while the serum CTX-I level in group B was higher than that in group A,while that in group B was lower than that in group A(P<0.05).After 28 d of observation,the compli-ance rate of the group B(93.51％)was higher than that of the group A(71.43％)(P<0.05).[Conclusion]Perioperative optimized oral nutrition combined with feedback dietary intervention could improve the immune function and nutritional indexes of elderly patients with osteoporotic fracture after operation,help the recovery of bone metabolism indexes,reduce their nutritional risks and improve their dietary compliance.关键词
