金华市某医院老年抑郁症住院患者营养状况及其相关因素分析
Nutritional Status and Related Factors Analysis of Elderly Inpatients with Depression in One Hospital

Abstract
[Objective]To investigate the nutritional status of elderly patients with depression(LLD)hospital-ized in a certain hospital,identify the independent risk factors for the occurrence of malnutrition,and provide a reference basis for clinical implementation of targeted nutritional intervention.[Method]A total of 257 elderly patients with depression who received inpatient treatment at a certain hospital from February 2021 to February 2025 were selected as the research subjects.The Mini Nutritional Assessment Scale(MNA)was used to comprehensively evaluate the nutritional status of the patients.At the same time,various clinical data of the patients were collected and sorted.The chewing function of the elderly in the community was evaluated using the questionnaire for assessing chewing function in elderly people,and the nutritional literacy of the patients was evaluated using the Nutritional Literacy Assessment Questionnaire(NLit scale).Through ordered multinomial Logistic regression analysis,independent risk factors affecting the risk of malnutrition in elderly inpatients with depression were screened.[Result]The MNA scale score of the patients ranged from 9 to 25,with an average score of(17.25±2.97)points.The proportion of malnourished patients was 29.18％(75/257),the proportion of patients with a risk of malnutrition was 57.98％(149/257),and the proportion of patients with good nutrition was only 12.84％(33/257).Moderate to severe depression,anxiety-type depression subtype,monthly income of less than 5 000 yuan,chewing dysfunction,weekly exercise frequency of≤1 day,low nutritional literacy level of caregivers,and decreased NLit scale score were independent risk factors for the occurrence of malnutrition in elderly inpatients with depression in a certain hospital.[Conclusion]The overall nutritional status of elderly patients with depression who are hospitalized is poor.It is affected by multiple factors such as emotions,economy,physiology,care,and their own nutritional literacy.In clinical practice,interventional strategies ad-dressing the aforementioned factors need to be applied for the prevention of nutritional risk.关键词
