中国葡萄酒产业价值重构的科技路径
Technological Pathways for Value Reconstruction in China's Wine Industry
摘要
Abstract
China's wine industry is shifting from scale expansion toward quality improvement and value enhancement.However,issues remain prominent,including insufficient adaptation of technologies to regional conditions,product homogenization,high production costs,increasing ecological constraints,and inadequate translation of regional differences into market value.Drawing on research progress and practices in China's wine-producing regions,this paper,in direct response to the above-mentioned industrial dilemmas,reviews the major pathways through which technological innovation can contribute to industrial value reconstruction,with a focus on germplasm innovation,ecological viticulture,winemaking regulation,standards and evaluation,and the integration of primary,secondary,and tertiary industries.It further proposes that cultivar selection,vineyard management,winemaking,evaluation,and market communication should be coordinated across the industrial chain,while balancing style enhancement,quality improvement,cost control,energy conservation,and emission reduction.A technological system adapted to regional conditions and product positioning provides a basis for strengthening the regional identity,industrial resilience,and sustainable development of China's wine industry.关键词
