股前外侧皮瓣在四肢软组织缺损的应用OA
The application of strands of anterolateral flap in the treatment of soft tissue defect in limbs
目的 探讨应用股前外侧皮瓣移植修复四肢软组织缺损的临床效果,并总结游离股前外侧皮瓣修复四肢大面积软组织缺损的经验.方法 应用吻合血管的股前外侧皮瓣移植修复四肢皮肤软组织缺损17例,8cm× 11cm～14cm×29cm,平均10.78 cm×19.32 cm.结果 术后17例皮瓣全部成活；随访1～2年,效果良好,发生皮瓣外形臃肿3例,经皮瓣削薄整形改善；大部分皮瓣在术后6个月逐渐恢复感觉.结论 股前外侧皮瓣血管解剖恒定,可切取面积较大,部位…查看全部>>
Objective To explore the methods and clinical effect of strands of anterolateral flap in the treatment of soft tissue defect in limbs.Methods 17 patients with soft tissue defect in limbs accepted strands of anterolateral flap treatment.The damage area was 8 cm × 11 cm to 14 cm × 29 cm,an average of 10.78 cm × 19.32 cm.Results All flaps of 17 cases survived completely after operation.Good effect was obtained after 1 ～ 2 years.However,flap bloated was found in…查看全部>>
