Study on Professional Development of Foreign Language Teachers in Agricultural Universities from the perspective of Reflective Teaching
分析了在普通高等农业院校中外语教师专业发展的内涵及现状,探讨了反思性教学的特点,得出反思性教学是普通高等农业院校外语教师专业发展的推动力,并指出其研究方法及实施过程.
The paper analyzed connotation and status of the professional development of foreign language teachers in common agricultural universities , and discussed the characteristics of reflective teaching, concluded that the reflective teaching is the driving force of the teachers'pro-fessional development, and finally pointed out the research method and implementation process of reflective teaching.
